1. Details of Business Transacted
- Comprehensive financial planning and risk profiling.
- Recommendation of Mutual Funds, Equities, and Alternate Investment Funds.
- Periodic review, tracking, and rebalancing of client portfolios.
- Execution of trades on behalf of the client (only under active PMS/Algo mandates).
2. Rights of Investors
- Right to receive fair and transparent advice.
- Right to access all relevant documents, including risk profiling reports and fee schedules.
- Right to expect privacy and confidentiality of financial and personal data.
- Right to terminate the engagement subject to conditions listed in the client agreement.
- Right to register a grievance and expect a time-bound resolution (within 21-30 days).
3. Obligations of Investors
- Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date KYC and financial information.
- Carefully read, understand, and retain copies of the client agreement, risk profiling results, and fee structure.
- Acknowledge the risks associated with market-linked investments; returns are not guaranteed.
- Monitor their portfolios and promptly inform the advisor of any material changes in their financial situation.
4. Grievance Management Mechanism
If there is any grievance or dispute regarding our services, the investor should immediately raise the concern with our Grievance Officer.
If the complaint is not resolved within 30 days, or if the investor is dissatisfied with the resolution, they have the right to file a complaint through the SEBI SCORES portal (https://scores.gov.in/) or the Smart ODR Portal.
